Flexsteel Appoints Terence P. Calloway to Board of Directors

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLXS) has announced the appointment of Terence P. Calloway as an independent director to its Board of Directors, effective May 21, 2025.

Mr. Calloway has held executive leadership roles at several global consumer goods companies, including Energizer Holdings, Colgate-Palmolive, and Procter & Gamble. His background includes expertise in product innovation, research and development, global supply chain operations, and organizational leadership.

Professional Background of Terence P. Calloway
Most recently, Mr. Calloway served as Executive Vice President, Global Product Supply at Energizer Holdings, Inc., where he led a global team across manufacturing, engineering, quality, procurement, and supply chain functions. He retired from Energizer in April 2025. Before that, he held senior leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Procter & Gamble. His tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned nearly three decades, where he managed multiple aspects of R&D and packaging innovation across household brands.
