ANDMORE Announces Executive Team Changes

Atlanta, GA – ANDMORE announced several changes to its executive leadership, including the retirement of CEO Jon Pertchik, effective May 31, 2026.

The company's Board of Directors has created an Executive Committee composed of Amory Wooden (Chief Revenue Officer), Greg Avitabile (President and Chief Operations Officer), Robert Klein (Chief Financial Officer), and Ximena Juncosa (Chief Human Resources Officer). This committee is responsible for supporting ANDMORE's operating structure and aligning business priorities, reporting directly to the Board and ANDMORE’s Executive Chairman, Bob Maricich.

Amory Wooden, in her new role as Chief Revenue Officer, will oversee both Marketing and Leasing under one structure and will also lead Business Development. Greg Avitabile, with over 30 years at ANDMORE, will serve as President and Chief Operations Officer, taking on responsibility for the Technology team in addition to overseeing Shoppe Object, the New York home and gift show.

Robert Klein will continue as Chief Financial Officer with additional responsibility for Corporate Development. Ximena Juncosa will continue to lead people and culture strategy, now adding oversight of the Legal department.

Katie Potter, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel, and Landon Williams, Chief Technology Officer, will step down from their roles effective May 31, 2026, as part of the transition.
